File Menu :

• Open :
  • Navigator or Doctor : Open 4D Structure : Opens a file of 4D structure.

 

 

• Editor : Open resource : Opens a resource file saved by Rescue for 4D.

 

• Close :
  • Navigator : Close 4D Structure : Closes a structure 4D file, opened by Rescue for 4D.
  • Doctor : Close : Closes the Doctor window.
  • Editor : Close : Closes the Editor window.
  • Editor in Hex Edit : Close : Closes the Hex Edit window.

   

• Save :
  • Doctor : Save As : Saves the Doctor log in the folder of your choice.
  • Editor in Hex Edit :
    • Save Resource : Saves the resource.
    • Save Selection : Saves the bytes selected.

     

• Preferences : Allows you to adjust the General Preferences, of Doctor and of Editor.
• Page Setup... : Allows you to specify the printer settings.
• Print... : Allows you to print the Doctor Log or the 4D Resources if you are in the Editor.
• Quit : Quit Rescue for 4D.

Edit Menu :

 

• Can't Undo : Impossible to cancel the last operation
• Cut :
  • Editor in resource edit : Cuts selected bytes.
• Copy :
  • Editor in resource edit : Copies selected bytes.
  • Doctor : Copies the Log selection.
• Paste :
  • Editor in resource edit : Pastes the clipboard
• Clear :
  • Editor in resource edit : Clears the selected bytes.
• Select All :
  • Doctor : Selects the complet Log
  • Editor in resource edit : Selects all bytes.

Search Menu :

 

• Search :
  • Editor : Allows you to search all the resources matching the search criteria, in ASCII or Hex mode.
  • Editor in resources edit : Allows you to search in a resource.

   

• Search Next : Continue the search
