NEVER use Rescue for 4D Data on an original data file.

 

Always start by duplicating the data file on which you want to work, then opening the copy with Rescue for 4D Data.

 

Remember that Rescue for 4D Data guides you, but does not prevent you, from making changes which you could regret or which could damage your database.

In all cases, at the end of each work session with Rescue for 4D Data, you must use the "Compact" option in 4D Util.

Since 4D is in perpetual evolution, it is possible that your version of Rescue for 4D Data is not appropriate for the data structure on which you are working.

This is why you will be notified of the updates to Rescue for 4D Data by electronic mail.
